How to warm up with Vibration?

Difficulty Level and Movements All levels – suitable for everyone This is a warm-up or a cool-down activity. It does not help you train a particular movement.

Vibration can be beneficial for stimulating the hands and fingers, at the beginning of a routine. It can help to restore sensation, increase blood flow and circulation, reduce stiffness and pain, and increase range of motion. It can also help to increase tactile sensitivity, thus aiding in the improvement of fine motor skills, such as grasping small objects. It is important to bear in mind, that this activity can drain the battery inside the NeuroBall. We suggest that you plug in the charger to your NeuroBall during this routine, to conserve the battery charge.

To use this, it is recommended to place the tablet vertically, as it will make it easier to sense the directions. Space Shooter is a classic arcade-style game, where you control a spaceship. You must avoid getting hit by enemies, while shooting them down and collecting power-ups. The goal of the game is to collect as many points as possible, before reaching the end of the level.
